Combination filler EGB9650/T3

Product structure:

The EGB9650/T3 is an ideal seal for control and standard valves in the chemical and processing industry due to its low leakage rate and friction properties.

The composition of EGB9650/T3 is as follows:

1. Made of high-carbon nonwoven fibers to resist extrusion ring-end ring.

2. Tetrafluoro-impregnated aramid non-woven material - intermediate ring.

Key Advantages:

EGB9650/T3 (no spring loading) complies with TA-Luft’s leakage standard, that is, when the pressure changes and the temperature reaches 250℃, the leakage is controlled at 10 mbarl(sm). Other companies’ graphite products cannot meet such strict leakage requirements.

Compared with ordinary graphite sealing systems, the EGB9650/T3 has only 1/20 of its friction resistance, making it an ideal choice for control valves.

Under high temperature or temperature changes, it has better low leakage performance than tetrafluorofillers.

It has better extrusion resistance than tetrafluorofillers and eliminates cold flow.

Compared with tetrafluorofillers, their retention force is longer under the gland pressure.

The good elasticity of nonwoven fibers eliminates the need for spring loading systems.

Consistent with the extremely low leakage rate after 12,000 rotations in the control valve tested by the customer.

The customer used a flame ionization detector on site to test, and no measurable leakage was found after 18 months. The average measurement of the previous graphite-sealed valve was 5000ppm.

Compared with traditional packing and graphite combination fillers, the 9650/T3 is easier to load. Thanks to its good extrusion resistance and gland pressure retention, the EGB9650/T3 requires less adjustment during operation compared to traditional graphite and tetrafluoro products.
